Care & Cleaning

Remove dust with a vacuum cleaner or compressed air. Clean with a sponge and warm soapy water using mild detergent. Rinse with clean water. Do not scrub. Do not use solvents or abrasives that could harm the coating of the fabric. Leave the blind down until completely dry. You may also very gently rub the fabric with a clean white pencil eraser to remove small stains.

    Love these products!!! We used custom shade for our whole house. We chose the cream linen fabric color and did the partial blackout for the living spaces and full blackout for our bedrooms. The partial blackout still allows for natural light to come into our rooms and the full blackout is amazing for our bedrooms. Set up was very easy, we will be using the custom shade for our future needs!

    Thank you for our awesome shades! I highly recommend ordering from The Custom Shade. We live in Washington state and purchased shades for three good sized windows that get strong afternoon sun. We were very pleased with the quality of the shade fabric (White Ambience) with just the right amount of sun block while maintaining a clean, smooth look when lowered (fabric-wrapped cassette pulls it all together). The online ordering process was convenient and easy to use and the shades were delivered quickly and fit our windows perfectly. Our favorite shade features are the motorized option (remote control and Alexa-enabled) and the ability to set the timing of the shades to raise and lower on a schedule.
