Roller shades purchased on our site are custom products created especially for you to the specifications you provided. As such they cannot be returned. However, if you make a measuring mistake and you let us know within 60 days of delivery we will remake up to 3 shades for you. See complete remake details.
You can return replacement parts if they are undamaged, in original condition up to 30 calendar days after the date of your purchase.
