SPDT 3 Position Maintained Designer Switch

Description

3 Position Maintained Switch is a single pole double throw (SPDT) designer switch used for wired control of standard 4 wire directional  AC motor.

110V AC power or wiring required. – Installation by electrician is recommended. 

Fits most designer plates; designer plate is NOT included.

Wiring is UP, DOWN, HOT & GROUND

Difference between Momentary and Maintained Switch:

• Momentary switches will continue to drive the motor in a given direction as long as that switch direction is depressed, or until the motor reaches it’s limit in that direction.
• Maintained switches can be pressed and released and the motor will travel to it’s limit in the chosen direction.
