Thank goodness it worked worked with my 2017 Qmotion shade. I was having a difficult time programing the new remote controller but I reached out to Natalie and she was very good at leading me to youtube links as well as printed instructions on how to re-program the new remote to the old shade.
admittedly I am impatient and I finally had to reach out to a local installer to come over and re-program the remote and even he had a bit of a time managing it. But it is completed and works just the same as the old remote. FYI, this remote is slightly larger than the one from 2017 so I did have to replace the old wall plate with the new wall plate. And the new wall plate’s magnet is not as strong as the older one but the remote is staying put so I am ok with it. I do appreciate that Natalie worked with me to get me video instructions…she was very helpful.
